At Hotel Dolphin International, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure our guests feel confident booking with us. That's why we have a flexible cancellation and refund policy that allows you to modify or cancel your reservation without penalty.

Individual Travellers:

If the cancellation is on or 15 days prior to the booking date, a full refund will be applicable.
In the event of a cancellation within 7 days of the booking date, a 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date will not be refunded or amended.
After check-in, cancellation or amendments is not possible at any cost.

Group Bookings:

If the cancellation is on or before 30 days prior to the booking date, a full refund will be applicable.
If the cancellation is on or 15 days prior to the booking date, a 50% refund will be entertained.
No refunds or amendments will be accepted if cancellations are made within 15 days of booking.
After check-in, cancellation or amendments is not possible at any cost.
For a number of room counts, we will not provide Complimentary rooms.

Marriage Bookings:

At any cost, cancellation or amendments or refund is not applicable...
