Payment Policy

 

 

Introduction

This payment policy outlines the terms and conditions for making payments at Hotel Dolphin International, located at Plot No. B20, 48, Bhelupur Rd, Jawahar Nagar Colony, Bhelupur, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001.
 

Reservation and Booking

  • A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to secure a reservation.

  • Guests must provide accurate billing information at the time of booking.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Hotel Dolphin International accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Payment via third-party booking platforms may have different terms and conditions.

Payment Upon Check-In

  • Guests are required to settle any outstanding balance upon check-in.

  • Additional charges incurred during the stay will be added to the final bill and must be paid before check-out.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges.

  • The deposit amount will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection of the room and hotel property for damages.

Group Bookings and Events

  • If the cancellation is on or before 30 days prior to the booking date, a full refund will be applicable.
  • If the cancellation is on or before 20 days prior to the booking date, a 50% refund will be applicable.
  • If the cancellation is within 20 days to the booking days - no refunds or amendments.
  • After check-in, cancellation or amendments are not possible at any cost.
  • For the number of room counts, we will not provide Complimentary rooms.

Marriage  or Corporate Bookings :

  • At any cost, cancellation amendments or refunds are not applicable.  
  • 100% cancellation charges are applicable.

Individual Traveler Cancellation Policy: 

  • If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% refund. 
  • If cancelled between 15 - 29 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund.
  • If cancelled between 08 - 14 days prior to arrival: 25% refund.
  • If cancelled less than 07 days: No refund.

Currency

  • All transactions will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Exchange rates for foreign currency payments may apply, as per the prevailing rates.

Payment Receipts

  • Guests will receive a payment receipt for all transactions made at Hotel Dolphin International.

  • Receipts can be provided in electronic or printed format upon request.

Disputes

  • Any disputes related to payments shall be resolved by Hotel Dolphin International's dispute resolution policy.

Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables if it is in a Public area.

Changes to Payment Policy

  • Hotel Dolphin International reserves the right to amend this payment policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the hotel's website or other communication channels.
