Terms and Conditions

 

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Hotel Dolphin International's services, located at Plot No. B20, 48, Bhelupur Rd, Jawahar Nagar Colony, Bhelupur, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001.

Booking and Reservations

• All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

• Guest must provide valid identification Proof upon check-in.

• Payment terms and cancellation policies apply as per the booking confirmation.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 2 PM.

• Check-out time is 11 AM.

• On request, early check-in and late check-out is available based on subject to availability.

Room Policies

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.

• Pets are not allowed in the Hotel Premises.

• A safe deposit locker is available in the room; the management does not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room/lockers.

• Declaration by Guest

• I/ We /are solely responsible for the safety and security of my/our personnel belongings in the case of loss/damage of any items/article(s) during my/our stay in the Hotel, I/We will/shall not hold the Hotel management responsible for the same in any circumstances. 
• I/We shall not ask for the claim either personally or through the court of law. Since I/we have not disclosed my/our belongings to HOTEL DOLPHIN INTERNATIONAL  at the time of check-in, hence I/we do not have the right to ask for compensation.

Payments and Billing

• Payment for accommodation and additional services must be settled upon check-out.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Any additional charges incurred during the stay will be added to the final bill.

Cancellation and Refund

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff.

• Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables if it is in a Public area.

Disputes

• Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Hotel Dolphin International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
